Hand-to-Genital Wart Transmission?

If a male has a wart on his hand, would it be able to spread to his penis if they came in contact?

Also, if a wart develops on the penis through this, is it considered a case of genital Warts or just regular HPV, since the strain was not sexually transmitted to begin with?

Subsequently, if the growth on the penis is treated, is it possible to have condomless sex without worrying (so long as there are no obvious growths)?

I used to be a sex-ed teacher. You can spread the wart from your hand to any part of your body if both parts are warm and wet enough for transmission to occur. Many people transmit warts in the genital area this way even though they wear condoms. It would not neccesarily be considered HPV (which is what Genital Warts are, not plantar’s warts), but you could then spread that plantar’s wart to another.

You can still spread a virus even if the outward symptoms are treated. Once you get a virus, you will always have that virus.

If this is not a hypothetical situation, go get checked out.
